The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services team:

What You Will Do

Front end developer using SAP Fiori and ABAP Tools suite.Collaborate with team members to gather and define requirements.Develop front end applications using SAP’s tools as well as industry standard tools.Follow SAFE Agile process to complete assignments.Participate in Daily and Quarterly events, which often includes travel.Work independently to meet requirements within a given deadline.Support the development cycle, including testing, debugging, and documentation.Learn business processes.Learn and develop code using Test Driven Development and Agile principles.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Science, Engineering or related fieldKnowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques with analytical and technical troubleshooting skillsAbility to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote teammates, partners, and customersPerform Functional requirements gathering and testing of software changes/enhancementsPreparation of Functional Requirements documents for developer guidanceExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Qualifications We Prefer

Familiarity with SAP ERP, and the Fiori development tools.Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks and proficiency with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Familiarity with test automation tools or capabilitiesDemonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skillsDetail oriented and well organizedWilling and able to learn new systems/tools and processesAbility to communicate clearly and conciselySelf-starter and takes ownership of assignmentsAbility to work in a highly collaborative team setting

Location: This position is remote. However, the successful candidate must live in one of the US 50 states.

Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The employee may be expected to travel to RTX locations as needed.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
