Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The primary focus at EITSI is to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM system, Mobile Apps & other B2B platforms for various Eurofins Laboratories and businesses. Job Title: FinOps Reporting Specialist Reporting to Manager Location: Bangalore Position Overview We are seeking a person that is or has the motivation to become a highly skilled and detail-oriented FinOps Specialist with expertise in Excel for our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate has a very good knowledge of excel, has or willing to learn power queries and will in the end be responsible for optimizing cloud and infrastructure costs, ensuring financial accountability, and driving standardizations and efficiency across our operations. This role requires a proactive and analytical mindset, with an understanding of or willing to learn financial operations and the technical aspects of cloud infrastructure. This role will also assist other finance and back-office reporting, sharing knowledge and expertise regarding excel and Power BI Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Develop detailed financial reports and dashboards using Excel and power bi to provide insights into infrastructure costs and usage patterns. Budget Management: Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to develop and manage bill of materials (BoM) for infrastructure projects and operations. Usage Analysis: Monitor infrastructure usage, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize resource allocation. Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize cloud and infrastructure spending to drive cost efficiency and maximize value. Process Improvement: Implement and improve financial processes and controls related to cloud and infrastructure expenditures. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including cloud team and senior management, in a clear and concise manner. Creating & maintaining reports in excel & Power BI Qualifications Mandatory: Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formula creation, data analysis, and financial modelling. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Detail-Oriented: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. Good to have/willing to learn Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cost management tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
