As a Lead Infrastructure Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Payments Technology group, you will play a critical role in managing the Infra Estate across Mainframe, Distributed, and Cloud environments.

Job Responsibilities: 

Establish priorities, manage IT infrastructure resources and budgets, and monitor and report on infrastructure spend. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to identify and develop broadly applicable projects and programs. Partner with Central Program and Execution teams to track the progress of infrastructure projects and firmwide programs. Support periodic IT infrastructure planning by capturing, pricing, and scheduling new investments, capacity growth, tech refreshes, data center exits, and application retirements. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 

Solid analytical mindset with the ability to execute thorough financial analysis and work with high-performing teams in complex program execution. Meticulous attention to detail in budgetary planning and execution, with the ability to identify discrepancies and communicate them promptly to stakeholders. Ability to organize data into accessible reports, perform various types of analysis using key metrics, and communicate status to relevant stakeholders for each project. Proven ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of budget-related tasks and providing real-time updates to key stakeholders. Demonstrated experience interacting with various levels of management, including executive and senior management, with strong influencing, negotiation, and networking skills.Experience working in globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and building effective partnerships with key business stakeholders and development teams.
