How will you make an impact in this role?
The CEN Nordic Disputes Team is a small but happy team of experts. We take on our super hero cape to help Customers who might have been debited incorrectly or… not. A Customer who raise a disputed transactions are helped in our team. We strive to deliver an investigation, a resolution, an explanation and increased Customer Satisfaction within set and expected time frames.
Are you the one who will help us solve mysteries? We are looking for a Team Player who is structured and can communicate well both to Customers but also internally.
In our team we’re ready to help each other out, you will not be one of those who has just one thing to do, we aim to be flexible and help where we can so prepare to learn and have various daily tasks!
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish and Norwegian is an advantage.Be a good administrative person.Enjoy structure.Keep the Customer Experience in mind at all times.Be organized and good at communicating.You’ll need an eye for detail.You learn quickly.You like to analyse documentation and compare it to guidelines.
