Start date: 18/8 | Location: On-site, Larnaca, Cyprus | Employment: Full-time 40 h/week, 6-month probation period followed by permanent employment | Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:45–18:30 | Salary: Fixed salary + bonus
About the role & our client: Our client is a globally renowned and leading brand in interactive entertainment and gaming. In this role, you will work as a customer service representative supporting our client’s users. The work is primarily carried out via phone, but email and chat support may also be included. You will handle matters related to gaming consoles, user accounts, subscription services, and technical troubleshooting. Your main task is to ensure a first-class customer experience and provide every player with quick and clear assistance. No sales are involved in this role.

Previous customer service experience Experience in service industries (e.g., hospitality or retail) Knowledge of other languages, such as other Nordic languages, German, Dutch, Turkish, Greek, etc.What happens next?
