As a Finishing Technician, you will be responsible for performing the final stages of injection mold production, including disassembling molds for repair or modification and reassembling them with precision. This role involves polishing, welding, mold matching, electrical wiring, and water system processing. Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and mechanically inclined, with experience in manual machining and crane operations strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesDisassemble and reassemble injection molds for repair or modificationFinish molds through polishing, welding, matching, and systems integrationRead and interpret blueprints (metric system knowledge is a plus)Operate manual mill and lathe machinesUse cranes and hoists safely to maneuver heavy moldsPerform basic electrical wiring and water system processing on moldsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications and RequirementsTIG welding experience preferred (not required)Familiarity with steel mold and/or die castingExperience with building injection molds is a definite plusAbility to read blueprints and follow technical instructionsMechanically inclined with strong attention to detailBenefits and PerksCompetitive hourly wage based on experienceAccess to health, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunities for skill development and long-term career growthYour New Organization
