Responsibilities:
Operate small finishing and packaging machines
Perform hand stripping, table work, loading, unloading, and packing of finishing machines
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product accuracy and standards
Read and follow job tickets and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Operate printing systems for carton and product labels
Perform basic counting and measuring to ensure order accuracy
Assist in training new employees on job tasks and procedures
Perform minor maintenance on small machines as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work with machine-driven processes such as card wrappers and stripping equipment
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
High school diploma or GED required
Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
Ability to interact safely with automated machinery
Ability to read, write, and follow basic instructions and job documentation
Basic math skills including counting, measuring, and simple arithmetic
Basic computer skills required
Ability to distinguish colors accurately (must pass color vision and color hue testing)
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Willingness to work overtime as needed, including significant overtime during peak periods
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Close vision (20 inches or less), depth perception, and color vision required
