Temp-to-Hire position$17.55 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)As part of the finishing department, you’ll be cross-trained in multiple areas, including:
Assembly: Using drills, rivet guns, and hand tools to install handles, insulation, hinges, and more.Powder Coat Application: Applying powder coatings and ensuring quality finish on production parts.Load & Unload: Loading parts onto carriers, programming into the system, hanging/masking, unloading, inspecting, labeling, and packaging.Finishing Department Team Member Qualifications:
Willingness to cross-train and learn new skillsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work with hand tools and computers for part specs and documentationDependable and team-orientedApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
