Finishes Foreman – Commercial Construction

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join our client's team and oversee the delivery of high-quality finishes on large-scale commercial projects. This role is critical in ensuring all internal and external finishes meet design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors for all finishing works (flooring, joinery, painting, ceilings, partitions, fixtures). Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly. Manage daily site activities, reporting progress to the Site Manager. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Drive productivity and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Finishes Foreman in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of finishing trades and materials. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality outcomes. Current White Card and relevant tickets.
