Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Finish Operator to join their team. As a Finish Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Operate finishing machinery to ensure products meet quality standards Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as needed

What's Needed?

Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required
