Client Relationship Management
Develop and manage relationships with clients, underwriters, and service providers. Understand client business and risk management needs to deliver tailored solutions. Lead client strategy, pricing, and placement to ensure profitable outcomes.Business Development
Drive new business acquisition and client retention. Maintain and convert a pipeline of prospects through research, meetings, and RFP responses. Collaborate across business units to identify cross-selling opportunities.Broking & Placement
Design insurance programs and placement strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions. Negotiate with insurers in London and international markets. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.Operational & Leadership Duties
Develop service plans and manage end-to-end client service delivery. Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking. Act as a senior point of contact, providing technical expertise and mentoring team members.Additional Responsibilities
Represent FINEX/WTW in industry panels and events. Promote a high-performance culture and uphold company policies.
