The Financial Systems Support Manager provides supervision and leadership in the development, maintenance, accuracy and ongoing operation of complex and heavily integrated financial systems and technologies in support of multiple business units. These systems include but are not limited to: SAP ARIBA, SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Workday Scout, Sapience, OneStop. Work closely with users and participate in design sessions. Point of contact for the developers. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. + Responsible for gathering/documenting formal requirements from financial system users and acting as an interface with the technology teams to ensure that those requirements are fulfilled + Responsible for coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation. Responsible for capturing/tracking issues associated with financial systems and coordinating remediation activities with technology teams. + Provide leadership in the management of routine maintenance requests, functional configuration/development and upkeep, and relative controls for each of the financial management applications. + Communicate with internal and external auditors and examiners (if required) on new and existing processes and controls to ensure agreement and adherence by all parties. + Accurately analyze information; integrate people, processes, systems and technologies; and make strategic decisions regarding scope, impact, policy, development and implementation. + Coordinate user access for financial systems including license management and associated renewals. **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. **Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent education and related training.** **Ten years of relevant finance systems experience, preferably in the banking industry.** **Five years in an environment using integrated platforms, integrated data and governance platforms.** **Five years of leadership and supervisory experience.** **Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to define problems and persuasively present conclusions Intelligent, strong and decisive leadership within an organization as a result of high integrity, intellectual clarity and a passion for excellence.** **4 days in office/1 day remote** **Raleigh, NC a location option.** **Preferred Qualifications:** Master’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration. **General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
