Main responsibilities:
In this position, acts as an advisor to both internal business and technology teams in support of Finance, Accounting, and Shared Services teams by providing support in documenting, standardizing, optimizing, configuring, testing systems and supporting business change management. This role requires a strong technology configuration background of Oracle ERP, enterprise automation platforms, finance and accounting systems, and enterprise Business Intelligence and reporting tools to create reports and analyze data, broad set of problem-solving techniques, analytical skillset, change mindset and capable of strategic and tactical thinking. This position will design functional solutions and configure functional. This position meets with various enterprise teams to understand the scope, business requirements, pain points and desired outcomes associated with projects, maintenance or new development.
Participate in shaping solutions to fit business objectives in the variety of functional domains including Finance, Accounting, and in the capacity of a business systems analyst. Perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle ERP , EPM, Procurement, and SHannCM. Active in requirements gathering, development, review, Test scenarios creation, UAT and implementation of system and process enhancements or projects including the preparation and review of associated documentation. Provide recommendations to resolve system and process errors; identify opportunities for more efficient or effective ways to perform operations. Develop and review user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Promote simplification and consolidation by identifying and reducing redundancies in business and system processes. Collaborate with business partners to interpret business requirements and create functional solutions. Facilitates and leads discussions with project teams and business users to define as-is and to-be business processes using story mapping and workflow techniques. Knowledge and ability to use and administer the organization's technology, business practices, standards and procedures. Knowledge of organization's information technology environment.We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
At least 5 or more years of Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services functional experience required (e.g., AP, AR, Financial Reporting, Contact Center Operations, Shared Services Operations). Advanced experience with Finance, Accounting, and Shared Services systems (Oracle, Workday) is highly desired. Strong program skills in MS Office and SQL Strong experience across the Finance, Accounting, and Shared Services functions including Data Set-up, Self-Service, AP, AR, Financial Reporting, and Shared Services support applications Strong requirement study, fit-gap analysis, functional and technical specifications design documentation skills required. Expertise in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards. Expert problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication skills to communicate concepts to both a highly technical audience and to business-oriented leaders. Ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization. Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Visio, or other workflow diagram software programs ServiceNow Case Management Demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications
Highly self-motivated work ethic with flexibility to adapt rapidly to changing business needs. Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
