How will you make an impact in this role?
Manage day-to-day operations of the Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) to ensure performance and seamless user support.Collaborate with finance process owners and cross-functional teams to understand and document their data requirements, transformation logic, and reporting or analytical needs.Develop, test, validate and deploy scalable data solutions that ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness in reporting and analytics.Support initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, consolidation and continuous improvement - including both internal projects and those involving business.Engage closely with key stakeholders including technology partners and finance teams to ensure successful delivery of data solutions.Ensure compliance with internal policies, established SLAs, accounting standards (e.g; US GAAP) and applicable regulatory guidelines.Contribute to the strategic transition of AXP’s General Ledger and financial close processes to Oracle Cloud applications.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.3 to 8 years of experience in a techno-functional role within finance data and analytics.Hands-On experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Analytics Cloud(OAC) or similar data visualization and reporting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of financial data structures, reporting logic, and data transformation processes.Background in finance operations or experience in financial systems implementation is a plus.
