Financial Systems Analyst

The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining the company’s financial systems with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP. This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure system integrity, optimize business processes, and drive continuous improvement within financial applications. **Key Responsibilities** + Serve as the primary administrator and functional expert for Oracle Cloud Financials, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Projects. + Support system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and integrations related to financial systems. + Perform system testing for enhancements, patches, and upgrades to ensure data accuracy and proper functionality. + Manage security roles, user access, and workflow approvals within Oracle Cloud. + Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within financial operations. + Provide end-user training and create documentation for system procedures and best practices. + Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify issues, analyze options and provide or suggest solutions that will provide the best solution for the Company. + Monitor interface emails, interface results, or reports to ensure that interface files are being distributed or consumed as per design. + Perform SOX controls or necessary reporting on scheduled basis to ensure company policies and procedures are followed appropriately. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. + 3-5+ years of experience supporting financial systems, with at least 2 years of hand-on Oracle Cloud Financials experience. + Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes. + Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, or FRS. + Familiarity with integrations and data flows between Oracle and other enterprise systems. + Proficient in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools. + Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Good leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills + Strong oral and written communication skills with all levels of management, end-users, and peers + Basic understanding of databases and standard file layouts for conversions and interfaces Postal Code: 70121 Category (Portal Searching): Information Technology Job Location: US-LA - Jefferson Job Profile ID: C00673 Time Type: Full time Location Name: ACME Mausoleum LLC - Stewart Funeral Home Non Region - Stewart Cemetery Non Region - Stewart Resource Center
