Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Financial System Support Technician I to provide entry-level support for financial applications and generalized enterprise systems. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting business users with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. The Technician I will focus on basic troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and user assistance, primarily through ServiceNow. Key responsibilities include determining whether issues are application-related or connectivity-based, supporting financial workflows, and maintaining accurate logs of all activities. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, patience, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. Exposure to enterprise environments is essential, as this role supports financial applications such as Oracle (preferred) and Epic. This position requires an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving are paramount. Candidates should be comfortable handling multiple tickets daily and providing clear, empathetic communication to business users who may not have technical backgrounds.

Skills and Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in application or financial system support.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with financial applications (Oracle preferred; Epic experience is a plus).
• Strong customer service skills and patience when working with non-technical users.
Aptitude to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to enterprise environments. • Experience with enterprise-level financial systems.
• Basic understanding of user permissions and reporting.
Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
