Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will: + "Maintain and update policies and issuances; collect, review, and analyze proposed changes; draft recommendations; manage issuance development; conduct policy research and provide monthly status reports. + Create, update, and maintain business process maps and enterprise architecture; develop end-to-end process documentation; ensure compliance and update maps as needed. + Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations; manage tasks in tracking systems; develop action plans, timelines, and project plans; support audits; maintain digital collaboration platforms; support boards and committees; conduct task analysis, research, and prepare briefings and memorandums. + Support financial committees and working capital fund activities; analyze supply and financial policy; research laws and policies; identify gaps and develop improvement recommendations. + Oversee logistics information technology portfolio; monitor strategic goals and provide quarterly assessments; review and update IT strategy; track compliance; implement initiatives and support governance activities. + Analyze internal and external policy proposals; draft and recommend updates; ensure compliance with applicable laws; implement approved changes; coordinate with issuance managers and support related process mapping. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's Degree Required + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week + Secret Clearance Required + 5+ years experience in logistics and policy analysis + 1+ years analyzing supply and financial policy + 1+ years experience analyzing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies + Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
