BayCare is seeking a Financial Specialist to serve as the Financial Representative for Behavioral Health entities, coordinating and improving processes for financial analysis and reporting, general and grant accounting, operating or capital budget and forecast processes, and capital asset management. This role also leads complex projects that support the organization’s strategic goals.

Your Role Within the Team:
Lead financial planning, reporting, and capital management for Behavioral Health entitiesEnsure accuracy of financial data through strong analysis and sound judgmentCollaborate with leadership across departmentsSupport grant-related accounting and complianceDrive process improvements and lead financial initiativesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 8 years of Accounting and 8 years of Financial Analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications:
