As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling sales through tailored financing solutions. The role is responsible for supporting the Financial Solutions Managers (FSM) in financing and sales enablement activities, partnering with Operations, assisting with pipeline management and reporting, and other activities related to achieving the goals and objectives of PANFS. Responsibilities include: + Assisting FSMs with pricing, credit, contracts, and operational tasks + Structuring and sourcing financing for hardware, software, and services + Partnering with account teams to align financial strategies with customer needs and objectives + Collaborating with internal teams (Sales Finance, Deals Desk, Technical Revenue, Legal, Credit) to ensure compliance and deal execution + Assisting Operations with prebooking activities to ensure deal compliance + Managing the deal pipeline to support revenue and booking goals + Educating sales teams and partners on financing tools and strategies + Supporting financing partner programs to protect margin, ARR, and RPO targets Your Experience + Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent military experience required + Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset + Must be detail oriented, organized, ability to prioritize and reprioritize to meet deadlines + Comfortable working in complex, matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional teams. + Knowledge of AI tools and a mindset for leveraging technology to improve efficiency. + Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and financial modeling + Excellent analyst and reporting skills + High energy level and positive attitude + What You’ll Bring + 3+ years in financial services—ideally in tech or vendor finance + Strong understanding of financial concepts (NPV, IRR, leasing, etc.) + Experience structuring and pricing deals, with solid operations/documentation skills + Familiarity with partner/channel ecosystems + Experience with medium- to large-ticket tech/software financing preferred + Bonus: Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks solutions The Team PANFS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Palo Alto Networks, delivers innovative financing solutions that help customers acquire our technologies and services. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $118000/YR - $172000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
