We are seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate leader to lead our specialized consulting practice within EMEA, with a focus on the Financial Services sector. This key leadership role will drive revenue growth, expand JLL's market presence, and establish thought leadership in financial services real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Financial Services consulting strategy for EMEA, including formulating and executing industry sales approachesIdentify and prioritize key clients and accounts in the EMEA region to build a strong business pipelineAchieve annual consulting revenue target of $3,000,000 USD through new business development and existing account growthEstablish deep relationships with senior client stakeholders to understand their challenges and position JLL as their trusted real estate advisorTranslate complex financial services industry trends into actionable real estate strategies for clientsFoster and maintain relationships across JLL to drive integrated client solutions and cross-selling opportunitiesContinuously develop deep Financial Services business expertise and translate consulting capabilities into offerings that address sector-specific challengesLead the development of key account plans and sales strategies within the regionCollaborate with Consulting and Research colleagues across regions to create industry-specific thought leadership contentRepresent JLL at high-profile industry events and conferences as a subject matter expertIdentify emerging real estate needs specific to financial services clients and develop innovative consulting solutions to address themMentor and guide team members on financial services sector expertiseIdentify and recommend consulting needs and investments to support the industry, including time, resources, and budget allocations

Performance Objectives:

Identify and develop new leads and opportunities (80% of time)Deliver industry insights and thought leadership to clients in the region (20% of time)Support the conversion of opportunities into contracted and billable workDrive knowledge exchange and best practices within the industry sector communityBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of financial services opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Extensive experience in corporate real estate advisory/consultancyStrong sales track record with demonstrable success in business developmentExecutive presence and experience working with C-suite clients at global organizationsStrong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with ability to connect real estate solutions to business objectivesExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesProven track record in sales strategy and business developmentDemonstrated ability to create impactful thought leadership contentBachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred10+ years of relevant experience in consulting roles

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Financial Services industry clients is a plusUnderstanding of specific real estate challenges in the financial sector would be beneficial
