Responsibilities:
As a Client Service Associate, you will be an essential part of our client support team, contributing to our ongoing commitment to service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-touch, professional customer service to clients and internal team members
Supporting financial advisors with client onboarding, scheduling, and event coordination
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, advisors, and team members
Ensuring seamless client interactions by managing communications and administrative support
Participating in ongoing career development and training initiatives
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in client services or administrative support within the financial services industry
A friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
A team-first attitude and commitment to supporting firm-wide success
