Legacy Planning is growing and looking to hire a Financial Services Associate to join our Retirement Plan Services Team in the Blue Bell, PA location. Our mission is to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients, their families, and their communities through comprehensive and strategic financial planning. **ROLE OVERVIEW** The Financial Services Associate for our Retirement Plan Services Team is designed for professionals with a few years of financial services experience, this role provides hands-on exposure to retirement plans, wealth management, and employee education, along with a clearly supported path to becoming a Wealth Management Advisor. The Financial Services Associate will play a critical role in client experience, advisor support, and business development while progressively building the skills, knowledge, and licensing required to lead client relationships independently. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Retirement Plan & Employee Education Support + Support employee education initiatives for retirement plan clients + Assist with creation and distribution of educational materials and presentations + Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and education sessions + Maintain organized documentation related to education initiatives Wealth Management & New Business Development + Support wealth management opportunities originating from retirement plans + Maintain and update the wealth management opportunity pipeline + Assist with events supporting education and wealth management growth Client Onboarding & Service + Support new client onboarding and account setup + Prepare and process applications, transfers, and rollover paperwork + Track asset movement and ensure compliance requirements are met + Assist with money movement and service requests CRM, Systems & Process Management + Maintain accurate CRM records and internal client setup + Support OneNote, eMoney, and digital file organization Investment Review & Meeting Support + Schedule and prepare materials for investment reviews + Document meeting notes and track follow-up items Client Experience & Department Growth + Provide proactive client communication and service updates + Contribute ideas to improve processes and department efficiency **PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH PATH** This role is designed with a clear path to becoming a Wealth Management Advisor through hands-on experience, mentoring, and licensing support. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Series 7 and 65 required.
