Financial Service Representative - French Speaker
Position Description:

The Financial Service Representative – French Speaker serves as the front-line of the company, delivering professional, accurate, and courteous service to stakeholders. This role is essential in ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and maintaining a positive client experience, with a strong focus on supporting both French- and English-speaking clients.
 

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

. Provide accurate and timely assistance for inquiries related to: Policies and procedures Account-related issues
. Ensure a positive client experience by delivering high-quality service to new and existing clients.
. Investigate and research account-related issues; determine appropriate actions to resolve them.
. Ensure follow-ups are completed within agreed timelines and service level agreements.
. Liaise with internal and external business units to process and complete requests effectively.
. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

 
Educational Background

. Post-secondary education required.
. Completion of, or enrollment in, IFIC Funds Course or CSC considered an asset.

 
Career Experience

. Previous experience in the Mutual Fund industry and/or customer service role considered an asset.

 
Skills

. Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
. Ability to work independently and proactively in solving problems.
. Strong business acumen with solid analytical and conceptual thinking.
