Financial Reporting Specialist (RTR)

Join our dynamic Team at DHL Global Forwarding! We are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist (RTR), within the Finance Department, at our Melbourne Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

To complete a range of tasks related to accounting and general ledger as per defined guidelines and processes, while also assisting other team members with daily ledger entries and other related transactions.To work with other team members to identify and either resolve or escalate issues / challenges relating to accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, month end closing process and general ledger activities.To maintain accurate financial records or accounts books such as creditors and debtor’s ledger, and sales, purchase and cash journals.To generate and provide financial data as requested by your manager and/or key stakeholders.To support the preparation and filing of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to head office/regional office reporting.To ensure that all month-end tasks are completed accurately and within the specified timeframes, while also supporting the budgeting and auditing processes.To review reports and advise on performance updates, escalating to your manager and advising other stakeholders as required.

To ensure that all financial reporting tasks are completed accurately and on time.To ensure timely escalations of issues that impact financial processes.To ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal processes and procedures.To ensure month-end activities are completed accurately and compliance with agreed timelines.
