We are looking for a talented and motivated Financial Reporting Senior Specialist to join our team located in Sarıyer / Istanbul. In this role, you will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, closing activities, P&L and balance sheet analyses, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes in line with global standards .

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports, analyzing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS

Oversee the monthly closing process and ensure accuracy of accounting transactions

Regularly monitor and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

Conduct revenue and expense analyses to identify cost optimization opportunities and insight on financial performance

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reporting

Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports requested by management

Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Business Leaders to support decision-making

Support annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, budgeting, or financial reporting (experience in audit firms is an advantage)

Knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage

Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and highly organized

Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE Edwards, Hyperion) is an advantage

Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines

Good command of both written and spoken English

Construction Accounting knowledge is an advantage
