Learn more at TEKsystems.com. **General Description:** The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the monthly close and overall care of the financial statements. This includes a heavy emphasis on analysis of the income statement accounts, consolidation of financials, preparation of the income statement, and maintaining the overall integrity of the financials. The Financial Reporting Manager will also assist with the consolidation of the full company statements to create our monthly Executive Reporting packages, which may require coordinating with our EMEA counterparts. This position will work closely with department leadership to evaluate monthly financial statements and will assist in the creation and consolidation of the full company annual budget. They will also respond to inquiries from Directors of Financial Operations and Controllers and provide analytical support for financial reports. This position will report directly to the Financial Reporting Controller. **Responsibilities** **Essential Functions and Responsibilities:** + Ensures an accurate and timely close process by overseeing the preparation of monthly financial statements involving multiple countries and currencies + Performs reviews of Executive Financial Reporting Packages to ensure accuracy, as well as work with Leadership to improve or develop reporting to increase efficiencies + Preparation of various monthly and weekly reports, such as operational department financial statements, labor reporting, etc. + Participate in the annual budget process by providing webform inputs, account analysis, managing the team’s inputs, and reviewing estimates for reasonableness + Collaborate with various components of the organization to analyze detailed budgets by account and work with Directors of Financial Operations and Regional Controllers to provide detailed financial analysis of monthly financial statements relative to budget, year over year, and trending data + Analyze financial information from all components and levels of the organization (entity, regional, departmental, etc.) + Manage, develop, and evaluate Financial Analysts **Qualifications** **Requirements:** **Required Education and/or Experience** + BS in Accounting or Finance + 5+ years of Accounting or Finance related experience + Prior supervisory experience required + PeopleSoft and/or Fusion Cloud and Oracle EPM (Planning and FCC) and/or Hyperion experience a plus + Understanding of GAAP and its impact on financial reporting **Requisite Abilities and/or Skills** : + Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial analysis and projections + Knowledge of accounting/finance systems and related applications + Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel + Ability to be self-motivated, accountable, and action-oriented + Strong level of attention to detail and accuracy of information + Professional oral and written communication skills **Compensation:** Salary Range for this role is $105,000-$145,000 per year + Bonus (Annual) Employees also receive a benefits package including a 401(k) company matched retirement savings plan, health plans, paid time off and holiday pay.
