A growing Kforce client located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead external financial reporting, SOX documentation, technical accounting research, and support audits. Duties: * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual external financial reports, and regulatory compliance * Help develop SOX documentation * Serve as the primary contact for external auditors during audits * Research and document accounting treatments for complex transactions * Lead accounting for complex debt and equity transactions * Continuously improve financial reporting processes and systems * Participate in accounting/financial software evaluation and implementation * Support ad hoc reporting and special project
