Financial Reporting and Budgeting Manager

This is a hybrid role working out of Gateway Plaza two days per week. Ideal candidates will have experience in data management, data querying, or finance within the healthcare industry. This role will be supporting the development of large project pro formas, including service expansions, growth projects, service shifts across locations.  The work requires the ability to query a large database to correctly identify the specific population being impacted. 

The Manager, Financial Reporting and Budgeting is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Financial Services. This position will be responsible for overseeing the development of accurate proformas incorporating information from a number of sources, including SMS, Cerner, Surginet, EDW, TPS and other databases. This role requires a the ability to develop effective business relationships with leaders from across the system. The incumbent will display effective planning and organizational skills; be results oriented; and possess the ability to competently manage multiple priorities. This position will manage other team members of varying levels, so there is a need to establish a course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a specific goal, as well as plan proper assignments of personnel and appropriate allocation of resources.

• BA or BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA or MHA preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated and self-driven with continuous process improvement goal
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
• Ability to work with other functional groups
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast paced environment
•  Seven+ years of financial and operational analysis experience, with at least three years of experience in the healthcare industry
