Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Global Financial Planning Manager to join our Global Records Organization (GRO) Finance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting enterprise-wide financial activities, including budgeting, modeling, and forecasting, to provide actionable insights for senior management decision-making.
You will join a high-impact global team of financial experts dedicated to driving sustainable growth and financial stability across our international organization.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead Strategic Planning: Support the development and implementation of the comprehensive annual Multi-Year Plan (MYP) and global budget process framework, including process, timelines and reporting.
Collaborate Globally: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial finance, Revenue Management, and Digital units, to gather inputs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across all regions.
Drive Financial Insight: Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and provide analysis that links financial performance to business revenue, cost, and overhead drivers.
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:
6-8+ years of experience in progressive financial roles within a large, global corporation, specifically focused on budgeting and business analysis.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling and the ability to synthesize large datasets into distilled, insightful analysis.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, with advanced proficiency in English and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master of Business Administration is a plus).
