Job Description
Position Summary:
The FP&A Team Leader position will support the Global Sales & Marketing function within the Global Analytics (GA&I) organization and will report to the GA&I Finance Manager.
The FP&A Team Leader will manage a team and providing performance reports and insights into spend performance for the Global Sales and Marketing organization.
The FP&A Team leader is also expected to support GA&I's mission to support us with analytics to manage performance and support decision-making while working to transform our reporting, analysis, and forecasting using new technologies, standardized processes, and centralized teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Be a leader of the FP&A team including recruiting an experienced and engaged teamManage your team with the ability to delegate process improvements to add time for more value work for your business and finance partnersPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and causals for spend metrics for the Global Sales and Marketing functionProvide insightful ad-hoc reporting to understand historical results and better forecast future performanceEnsure the predictability of results by developing an annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts and intra-quarter outlooks for leadershipAlign with teams within Global Analytics and the Powerhouse organization to develop improved and standardized global processes by guiding simplification and digitizationProvide leadership in establishing proper internal control proceduresPreferences for the Role:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.4+ experience in Accounting or Finance.Guide with a desire to develop talent, promote standardization, and implement process improvements.Interpret complex data and communicate financial concepts to different levels.Work well in an environment and handle juggling conflicting prioritiesLearn and continue to expand financial3+ years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning (EPM), SAP, and ROK FusionWhat we offer:
