Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

A Day in the LifeIn this role, you will support the Finance Director, TICA, for the region’s anchor country, Türkiye. You will collaborate closely with teams across the broader region and engage with a wide network of finance professionals throughout the organization.

Occasional travel may be required to engage with teams in other regions/countries.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Manage end to end FP&A cycles, including the rolling forecast process and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Evaluate financial performance trends by comparing and analyzing actual results against plans, forecasts, and latest estimatesProactively prepare actionable insights for management reviews to support strategic decision makingGenerate key financial deliverables, including Latest Best Estimate (LBE)  reports, period end narratives, and ad hoc business review materialsPartner and influence senior leaders, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to drive business performance and support sustainable growth

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a dynamic environment, preferably within the med tech sectorStrong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, supported by solid critical thinking , smart-working and problem solving capabilitiesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI)Financial systems experience is essential, familiarity with SAP and OneStream is a strong assetAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced, cross functional, and multicultural environment with conflicting deadlines / prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for management

Big 4 experience - or strong equivalent expertise in accounting principles, compliance, and internal controls - is preferred, along with the ability to think big strategically while also diving deep tactically.
