Description 120,000 - 150,000 benefits: + health care + 401k + paid time off Responsibilities + Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes + Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis + Develop financial models to support business initiatives and strategic planning + Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations + Monitor KPIs and identify trends to improve financial performance + Support month-end close and management reporting Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting with a strong attention to detail. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to operational outcomes and recommend improvements. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to diverse audiences, including executives. • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and applications, including Excel and other analytical tools. • Leadership experience, either direct or indirect, with a focus on driving team collaboration and performance. • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience in manufacturing cost accounting. • Familiarity with financial modeling, adaptive insights, and global manufacturing processes.
