The opportunity
Delaware North is searching for a highly-skilled FP&A Manager, Sportservice to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team supporting our Sportservice division at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. Our ideal candidate is skilled at data modeling and presenting findings to senior leadership confidently and succinctly. You will use your skills to perform financial and operational analyses with the goal of improving the efficiency of corporate and subsidiary operations.
Pay
Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 - $129,400 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youBachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. An MBA is preferred.At least five years of experience in FP&A required.Experience working with financial modeling, assumption generation, and comparisons with market trends and comparable transactions.Strong analytical experience in finance-related functions.Experience with financial analysis and data mining.Experience with financial information, including audit reports, and the ability to extract information and prepare projections and reports with the information provided.
