As the **FP&A Manager** , you will provide financial leadership and drive continuous improvement in forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategic planning. You will lead financial analyses, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices across affiliate finance systems and processes. **What You’ll Do** + Manage financial planning processes for Annual Plan and Rolling Latest Best Estimate (rLBE). + Prepare analysis and commentary for planning packages. + Develop financial models, forecasting tools, and scenario planning. + Perform monthly closing and reporting activities, including variance analysis. + Enhance and standardize dashboards for key performance indicators. + Liaise with Sales and Marketing to track financial commitments and expenditures. + Identify business and financial risks/opportunities and propose mitigation actions. + Support ad hoc requests from Area, Division, and Affiliate business functions. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (MBA in Finance/Accounting is an advantage). + Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in financial leadership or business analysis within a multinational organization. + FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry exposure preferred. + Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. + Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; excellent presentation abilities. + Business-driven mindset and ability to influence stakeholders. **Preferred Skills** + Experience in financial modeling and scenario planning. + Knowledge of international finance policies and procedures. + Strong team player with a proactive approach.
