Position:Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience to assist in financial planning, reporting, and key initiatives across our fast-growing European business unit. You will be helping with closing, as well as monthly forecast and annual budget. Additionally, you will be supporting the EMEA team in developing and improving the value delivered to the business around our strategy.

What will you do at Arrow?

• Produce monthly dashboards and performance reports for business leaders.

• Support on the budget and forecast processes.

• Improve reporting tools to enhance accessibility and relevance of financial data.

• Support decision-making with a curious, analytical, and pedagogical approach.

• Monitor investments and operating costs at the European headquarters.

The profile we are looking for:

• Master’s degree in finance

• 2 to 3 years in a controlling position or in an FP&A function

• Experience with reporting tools (ie: HFM)

• French or English speaking

• Proficient in Excel and Power BI

• Accounting diploma is appreciated (CA, CMA, CCA, CPA).
