Job Description

The Financial Planning Analyst will work closely with the business and production counterparts in gathering, analysis and preparation of financial forecasts. The role is strategic in ensuring profitability targets are met by keeping track of headcount and monthly actual expenditures, ensuring budget guidelines are respected and targets are met.


Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models that support the quarterly and annual forecasting process, including simulation of scenariosSupport the quarterly reforecasting and annual business planning processWork closely with Cost Center managers in forecasting and monitoring their respective Indirect Cost budgetsReview and analyze actual monthly Indirect Cost and investigate variances vs forecastPrepare simulated costing scenarios and provide recommendationsSupport Production in Staffing Plan and Activity Cost forecasting and actuals analysisCollaborate with Production and HR to validate headcount forecast and analyze gaps on actuals vs planCollaborate with key stakeholders in the forecasting and management of Capital Expenses (CAPEX)Ensure up-to-date headcount reporting in the Resource Planning toolEnsure accurate time charges are reflected in TSMLead the timesheet management process, coordinate timely filing and approval of time charges in the company toolAnalyze and prepare Cash Flow forecastChampion of financial planning tools and processes

QualificationsGraduate of any bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or any business-related courseAdvanced competencies in financial modelingAdvanced skills in MS Office and MS Excel, including PowerPoint. Power BI is a plusGood English communication skills, both written and oralStrong organization skills and attention to detailStrong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to multi-task and work under pressureCustomer oriented, hardworking, and accountablePreferably with exposure to game development industryPreferably with experience in using Oracle and/ or Peoplesoft
