Description We are looking for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. In this role, you will deliver personalized financial planning services to individuals and families, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions and achieve their long-term financial goals. You will work collaboratively with advisors while adhering to fiduciary principles and fostering strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Responsibilities: • Develop tailored financial plans that address clients' individual goals and circumstances. • Collaborate with advisors to ensure client needs are met with fiduciary care and transparency. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication to adapt plans as needed. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, including investments, savings, and income. • Provide expert guidance on financial strategies, including retirement planning, portfolio management, and wealth preservation. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate and informed advice. • Promote business growth by identifying new opportunities and cultivating client referrals. • Maintain compliance with all financial regulations and standards in all practices. • Utilize strong business development skills to expand the firm's client base. • Assist clients in navigating complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence. Requirements Experience: + Must hold or be pursuing Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification. + Possess a Series 65 license or willingness to obtain one. + Demonstrate 2-5 years of experience in the financial planning industry. + Hold a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
