Provide appropriate risk and investment advice to clients in line with FAIS compliance requirements.Deliver proactive, innovative, and tailored financial solutions that exceed customer expectations.Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term client relationships.Ensure all new business applications are processed within defined timelines.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders to drive productivity.Identify cross-sell opportunities and forward leads to relevant product houses.Assist clients in formulating proposals using the correct tools and processes.Continuously assess your performance, seek feedback, and pursue relevant training.You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Hold a Grade 12 qualification with relevant diploma and life insurance certificationA minimum of 3 years’ experience in life insurance salesAre FAIS compliant or working towards compliance.Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.Are passionate about helping clients achieve financial well-being.You will have access to:
