General Summary
Performs a wide variety of fiscal analysis and business counseling services working collaboratively with assigned Operations/Service Line leaders. Creates a partnership with the clinical operations by creating value through their expert counsel which includes, but is not limited to, general financial analysis, planning, budgeting, performance improvement, new business or service development feasibility analysis and development of other fiscal management processes to support operations leadership with management of their departments' fiscal performance. Ensures the overall continued financial success of the System in the continuous pursuit of the fulfillment of its Mission.

Provides financial orientation, training and education of both operations and finance department staff.Develops, prepares and presents capital and operating budgets for areas of oversight.Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.Coordinates and integrates services within the department/service line/entity, with other departments/service lines/entities, and with the System's primary functions. Participates in the selection of outside services (if needed).Continuously assesses and improves work processes and develops standard work documentation. Supports effective roll out of that work and ensures compliance.Provides ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to Management as requested.Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.Qualifications
