It´s a key role for the organization and to support our Sales activity.The Sales Administrator is a real partner of commercial services in order to improve quality and efficiency of opportunities/ Billing Notification Forms/ information collection.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Order & Contract AdministrationCreate, maintain, and update sales orders, BNFs, credit memos, and related records in CRM and SAPEnsure contractual terms, pricing, billing models, and revenue allocation are accurately reflected in systemsSupport Statement of Work (SoW) and contract setup in coordination with Sales and Contracting teams
Order‑to‑Cash & Billing ReadinessPrepare orders for billing and ensure completeness and compliance prior to invoicingSupport billing execution, including resolution of standard exceptions and correctionsAssist with pass‑through, intercompany, and billing model‑specific requirements (fixed fee, time & materials, milestones)
Acquisition & Change SupportSupport acquisition Go‑Lives by assisting with data setup, validation, and post‑Go‑Live stabilizationHelp manage increased exception volumes during system cutovers and process transitionsFollow standardized processes and guidance defined by Sales Admin leadership and Finance
Stakeholder & Process SupportAct as an operational interface between Sales, Finance, Contracting, and Systems teamsParticipate in pipeline calls or operational meetings as required and update systems accordinglyMaintain documentation, trackers, and shared repositories to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness
Continuous Improvement & ControlsIdentify recurring issues and escalate process gaps or data quality concernsSupport process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives under guidance of senior team membersComply with internal controls, segregation of duties, and audit requirements
