As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will investigate complex billing, tax, VIN, and payment issues by synthesizing data across systems, policies, and documentation. You will determine root causes and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Your role will support the resolution of gain and loss billing adjustments, POI inquiries, NUN inquiries, and GL account discrepancies in partnership with the Accounting and Billing teams.
ResponsibilitiesInvestigate complex billing, tax, VIN, and payment issues by synthesizing data across systems, policies, and documentation.Support resolution of gain and loss billing adjustments, POI inquiries, NUN inquiries, and GL account discrepancies.Manage Service Cloud cases related to capping, payments, and vendor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.Maintain data integrity by updating capping systems with accurate vehicle and registration information.Ensure required documentation is reviewed, imaged, and visible in Xcelerate for clients, internal teams, and Genpact.Contribute to continuous improvement by updating SOPs, FAQs, and participating in process enhancements.Partner with internal stakeholders and external dealers/vendors to resolve discrepancies and obtain approvals.Coordinate vendor setup, bank changes, holds, and tax ID validation, submitting updates and hold removals to Accounts Payable.Collaborate with Vehicle Processing to process cost adjustments, journal entries, write-offs, tax corrections, and refunds.Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, or related financial operations.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and transaction reconciliation.Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, particularly Excel and PowerBI.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to explain complex financial issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders.Strong critical thinking skills and a solutions-focused approach.Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma required; College/University degree preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.Work EnvironmentThis role requires working in the office from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. The position involves a collaborative environment, working closely with various internal teams and external partners. A professional attire is expected during office days.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.65/hr.
