EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
4 years of full-time experience (including internships) providing financial management related services with a BA/BS degree 4 years additional experience is required without a degree.
2 years DAI (Defense Agencies Initiative) experience required.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Financial Management Analyst position supports the Marine Corps 2D Marine Expeditionary Force team and their mission to ensure the best financial stewardship practices are conducted. Provides support for the establishment and maintenance of an effective Managers' Internal Control Program (MICP) to meet the objectives of the Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA). Provide guidance and support the implementation of legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets and provide guidance and recommendations on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. This includes providing Support Agreement Manager (SAM) services, and procurement system services within the Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-stock, Acquire-to-Retire, and Order-to-Cash business processes. Lastly, this effort deeply involves assisting the supply and logistics community with developing well-defined requirements, developing costing methodologies, cradle-to-grave oversight of the procurement lifecycle, and validations in accordance with DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) and other regulatory policies. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and communication with personnel through the financial transaction life cycles.
