Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Comptroller Division of MCLB ALBANY GA. Responsibilities You will perform or advise on work in any of the phase or system of the budget administration. You will formulate budgets and cost estimates to support plans, programs, activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of the organization’s programs and administrative operations. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing costs analysis for programs and operations; preparing formulation of budget and estimates; presenting and defending budget estimates; and controlling budget obligations and expenditures.
