About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Financial Lines Claims Handler, with experience managing professional indemnity claims involving financial planners. You will be confident in assessing the nature and extent of a claim and expert in negotiating the settlement of the claim, providing a seamless end-to-end claims experience for the customer.
You will be surrounded and supported by a high-performing and warm team that will enable you to do your best work, where there is a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations.
Please note that the internal position title is Claims Consultant, however possible similar searchable position titles are Claims Manager, Claims Management Officer, Claims Executive, Claims Adjuster. We are open to applicants who reside outside of the advertised location/s.
