Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Financial ERP Transformation Training Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to develop, organize and manage all Financial ERP Trainings needed for staff on 3 Continents and 11 time zones.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assessing current training materials and coordinating updating as needed

Developing training plans and implementation of those plans.

Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts on training materials and train the trainers

Communicate all training materials to staff in an efficient and timely manner

Work closely with the IT and Finance teams on proper timing of completion of ERP Transformation to train in the proper sequencing

Be able to analyze effectiveness of training program and pivot where necessary

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

BA degree in Finance, Business' Administration and similar fields.

8+ years of experience in instructional design, training and/or corporate training

Will consider individuals with 10+ years experience in leu of education

Experience with curriculum development

Experience with Microsoft software

Ability to work independently in preparing planning materials

Extremely organized

Excellent communication skills

Able to adapt to changing needs and schedules

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Knowledge with Costpoint system

Basic financial and business knowledge

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
