Our team works on both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, helping corporate and financial buyers gain confidence by analyzing and validating key financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate within our Financial Due Diligence Deals team, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identifying and understanding key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers (financial and non-financial) to formulate views and conclusions
Writing and reviewing financial due diligence (buy-side, sell-side or refinancing) reports for our corporate, banking and private equity clients
Analyze and present financial information (i.e. Income statement, Balance sheet and Cash flow statements), as well as underlying key performance drivers
Analyze historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow requirements and deal valuation
Building an excel based data packs consisting of income statement projections, balance sheet, revenue analysis etc.
Coming up with quality of earning, net debt and net working capital analysis
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferably from a reputable/ international university;
2 to 5 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Financial Analysis, or Financial Audit with relevant experience in transaction services related domain or a multinational organization;
Experience in supporting/leading large buy-side and sell-side transactions is preferrable
CPA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification is preferrable
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills for diverse audiences
