**99684BR** **Job Title:** Financial Data Analyst - Chicago, IL **Department/Function:** Finance, Accounting, Audit **Job Description:** **Financial Data Analyst, Chicago, Illinois** **Position Summary:** The Financial Data Analyst will lead and manage data analytics for Corporate FP&A processes including cost analysis, benchmarking, data modeling, annual and monthly cycles, developing plans and forecasts, analyzing actual results and formulating recommendations for remedial actions and assist with other projects. **Job Responsibilities:** + Financial Planning and Analysis: + Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. + Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects. + Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis. + Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. + Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making. + Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. + Performance Monitoring and Reporting: + Create and maintain FP&A dashboards in PowerBI that tracks KPIs and other financial metrics. + Preparing regular financial reports and presentations for management. + Providing insightful commentary on financial and non-financial metrics. + Monitoring financial performance in real-time. + Decision Support: + Supporting strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and insights. + Using financial analysis to advise management on performance improvement and risk mitigation. **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting and or Finance + 5+ years’ experience directing FP&A processes in a multi-location company with revenues >$200M + Advanced knowledge of Power BI is required + Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 or similar GL systems, experience in using queries, Power BI, Essbase, Hyperion, Oracle, GMI or similar systems. + High proficiency in MS Office, experience in using queries, advanced Excel skills + Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical abilities, initiative and problem solving skills + Experience in food and/or agricultural commodities space is preferred + Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
