Know more: PepsiCoJobs Join PepsiCo, dare for better. Responsibilities The Opportunity GCC LAB FP&A Analyst will play a key role in the LATAM’s Beverage business. This role is responsible for supporting in report generation and consolidation of a world class GCC for LAB Mexico. Supporting digital transformation agenda, financial planning process, innovation agenda from the financial standpoint and financial and volume information, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process. Additionally, it´s expected to become a business partner for CU providing financial insights for decision making and process improvement. Your Impact As Finance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Monthly Closing 1. Sell In Coordinate the concentrate units closing information with teams like Operations and Franchise, consolidate in the closing templates and analyze the variations versus forecast. Align with the Operations team any significant variation (phasing, incremental POs, air freights and others). Prepare the Finished Goods and OTS closing (Month and YTD) reports and analyze the variations versus forecast. 2. P&L Latest Estimate (LE) Manage information in LAB’s MS Teams file the P&L information and comments previously aligned with the CU FP&A team. 3. Mosaic Take responsibility for uploading monthly closings into the TM1 (Mosaic) system for the assigned CU. Ensure end-to-end management of all related inputs and processes that may affect the accuracy and timeliness of these uploads. Ensure that all information matches between all systems related: HFM-TM1-Cockpit Monthly Forecast 1. Sell Out Prepare the sell out volume templates, request the information and consolidate the reports of the monthly volume forecast. Analyze volume trends by market and category/brand and running rates and align the rationale with the Franchise teams. Lead the volume review and approval meeting. Update any changes in the volume after monthly closing and prior to the forecast reporting. 2. Sell In Request the concentrate units BOY forecast to the Operations team, consolidate in the forecast template. Update the monthly splits for imports, exports, and reclassification between CBC plants, according to historical rates or bottler’s information. Align with the Operation team the rationale of the BOY forecast (bottlers, finance or Operations team recommendations, DIIs, Build and Draw). Update any changes in concentrate units after preliminary P&Ls review and prior to the forecast reporting to LAB. 3. Mosaic Take responsibility for uploading monthly forecast information into the TM1 (Mosaic) system for the assigned CU. Ensure end-to-end management of all related inputs and processes that may affect the accuracy and timeliness of these uploads. HFM Run the overall P&Ls check to ensure the correct information upload and confirm to the LAB Finance team the reporting process closure. Ensure that ODPL´s are correctly allocated across expenses lines. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Education: Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering Experience • Proficient in English (C1-C2) • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in financial planning and modelling • Deep understanding of a P&L and interrelation • Expertise in financial analysis, work with massive data and maintaining data integrity. • Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI and Tableau.
