Position Summary:
The Financial Data Analyst will be a member of the ADMIS Treasury Department, reporting directly to the Credit & Portfolio Manager. The primary role of this position will be to support the data-based analysis utilized by the Treasury team. The position requires interaction with all team members to understand and support company objectives. The position will also interact with ADMIS and ADM global affiliates, clearing exchanges, brokers and customers.
Other Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to improve current report generation processesDrive new analytic initiatives aimed at supporting department objectivesIdentify, source, enhance and manage financial dataPrepare evaluations of the creditworthiness of ADMIS investment counterpartiesAssist with impromptu client credit reviewsManage the periodic credit review of FX client ECP qualificationsPerform Treasury operational tasks or projects as assignedJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a business-, finance-, or technology-related fieldStrong core data literacy, including the ability to interpret charts, tables, and KPIs and to question data quality and assumptionsProficiency in data analysis and data visualization techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)Working knowledge of basic statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, correlation, variance) and their application to financial and credit analysisStrong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detailStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data findings into practical recommendationsExcellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical results to non-technical stakeholdersAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards)Preferred Qualifications:Advanced database and analytics skills, including SQL and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)Experience working with large or complex financial datasets, including data cleansing, reconciliation, and validationExperience in the financial services industry, ideally within a credit, treasury, or risk management functionFamiliarity with basic AI and machine-learning concepts relevant to financial analysis, such as predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, or scenario modeling2+ years of experience in a credit, treasury, or financial data/analytics roleDemonstrated ability to take ownership of analytical projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
