We are looking for an efficient and dedicated **Financial Counselor** to join our Patient Registration team in **Nampa, ID!**
As a Financial Counselor, you will serve as a financial advocate for the patient and a liaison between Revenue Site Operations (RSO) and Patient Financial Services (PFS). You will work to determine liability on patient accounts and work with patients or their representatives to provide financial assistance or secure payment.
**POSITION DETAILS:** This position will support the Nampa hospital registration team and serve as a financial advocate for patients. The schedule for this position is a FT Day-Shift Schedule (between hours of 6:00AM - 6:30PM). The main Nampa hospital is located at: 4400 E Flamingo Ave, Nampa, ID 83687.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **:**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Minimum two (2) to three (3) years experience working in Patient Access or Patient Accounting for hospital
+ registration and / or hospital reimbursement services
+ Obtain National certification in HFMA CRCR and/or NAHAM CHAA required within one (1) year of hire.
+ Understanding of basic billing and coding.

+ Researches, collects, and analyzes data to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and lead performance improvement initiatives.
+ Collaborates on enhancing program efficiency and patient experience through data-driven insights.
+ Creates and distributes analytical reports using multiple system applications and tools.
+ Develops educational materials and ensures alignment with Trinity Health policies and procedures.
+ Synthesizes operational data into visual summaries and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
+ Supports ad-hoc projects by compiling and analyzing data to demonstrate ROI and program impact.
+ Maintains compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health’s Integrity & Compliance standards.
